At Luxe Turkiye, we tailor our services to align perfectly with your preferences or those of your travel agent. Following your final approval of the itinerary, we proceed to meticulously arrange every listed service, ensuring they're ready for your or your clients' arrival in Turkiye. This commitment extends to all inclusions and exclusions specified within your personalized itinerary.
To confirm your reservations, a 25% deposit fee is required. The deposit payment is non-refundable as it covers various transaction and administrative costs. The balance payment is due 31 days before arrival. Failure to pay the balance payment on time may automatically cancel your trip, in which case the deposit payment will not be refunded. Cancellations received between 15-31 days before the commencement of service will be subject to a 50% cancellation penalty. Any cancellations made 14 or fewer days before the commencement of service will be subject to a 100% penalty, and no payments will be refunded. Flight tickets, exhibitions, theater shows, events, green fees, entrance fees, activities, helicopter or boat rentals, ferries, and exclusive or bespoke visits are non-refundable and non-transferable. All cancellations must be made in writing. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected events.
